About Kitzbühel
Kitzbühel was a silver and copper town long before it was a ski town, and the money from the mines is still standing: two parallel streets, the Vorderstadt and the Hinterstadt, lined with tall burgher houses painted apricot, green, ochre and dusty pink, closed at one end by the Jochberger gate arch and overlooked by the two churches on their terrace.
